Pycodedigi Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Pycodedigi, including our website, learner accounts, programmes, mentorship services, resources, and related communications. Pycodedigi is operated by Aventa Technologies Ltd.

By browsing the site, creating an account, submitting a form, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Some services may present additional programme-specific terms at checkout or during enrolment. If those programme-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the programme-specific terms will apply to that purchase or service.

You may only use Pycodedigi if you can form a binding agreement with us and if your use of the service is not prohibited by applicable law.

If a programme is intended for a child or teenager, the parent or legal guardian must complete registration or otherwise provide the authority and consent required for the learner to take part. By submitting information on behalf of a child, you confirm that you have the right to do so.

We may ask for learner, parent, or guardian information to run child-focused programmes safely and effectively. You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate and up to date.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the access was unauthorised and not caused by you.
• You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• We may require email verification, identity confirmation, or additional checks before activating some services.

Programme descriptions, dates, fees, currencies, and availability may change before purchase. The price and offer shown to you at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.

• Access to paid programmes or sessions starts only after successful payment where a fee applies.
• Promo codes must be applied during checkout and usually cannot be added after payment is completed.
• Registration fees described at checkout are treated as non-refundable once you are enrolled, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
• Some programmes may use third-party payment processors such as Stripe to collect and confirm payment.
• If a programme uses operational channels such as email or WhatsApp groups for updates, you agree to receive essential administrative communications through those channels while enrolled.

Your statutory rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by these terms.

You agree not to misuse the site or learning environment. This includes not doing any of the following:

• breaking the law or infringing someone else's rights;
• sharing unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harmful content;
• attempting to disrupt the platform, bypass security, scrape protected content, or gain unauthorised access;
• sharing paid materials, private session links, or account access with other people without permission;
• using the services to spam, impersonate someone else, or mislead learners, mentors, or staff.

We may moderate content, restrict access, or suspend accounts where needed to protect learners, mentors, staff, or the platform.

Unless we say otherwise, the website design, curriculum structure, text, videos, graphics, code examples, downloads, and learning materials made available through Pycodedigi are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use those materials for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials unless we have given written permission.

If you upload assignments, messages, code, project materials, or other submissions, you keep the rights you already have in that content.

However, you give us a limited right to host, store, reproduce, review, and share that content internally as needed to operate the service, provide feedback, assess progress, troubleshoot issues, or administer the relevant programme.

You must only upload content that you have the right to share.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use Pycodedigi.

Where we rely on consent for optional analytics, advertising, or similar technologies, you can manage those choices through our cookie controls. You should read these terms together with the Privacy Policy.

We may update, improve, pause, or remove parts of Pycodedigi from time to time. We will try to do this in a way that keeps disruption reasonable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to every feature at all times.

Educational content is provided for general learning and skill development. Unless we expressly say otherwise, Pycodedigi does not guarantee examination outcomes, job offers, business results, or any specific personal or professional outcome.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service if you materially breach these terms, create risk for other users, misuse the platform, or if we need to do so for legal, operational, or security reasons.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will publish the revised version on this page and update the date shown above. Continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory law in the country where you live gives you the benefit of another legal protection that cannot be excluded.
